I know this is a day early but I am having a domestic goddess type of weekend – so hopefully between Christmas Cakes, Tags and Cards as well as Brownies I should have a lot to share tomorrow.
I thought I would re-launch the book club with a new favourite of mine – Baked by David Muniz and Lesniak, the American Co-Owners of the Outsider Tart Bakery.
This book is a nice size – somewhere between A5 and A4 and is a huge 200-odd pages of fantastic recipes, mouth-watering photos and loads of hints and tips to ease the American-British language divide.
This book is worth getting for their three layer cakes and the Blackout Cake alone on page 202 is worth breaking any diet for!
Some other highlights include:
