Challenge Blog – A Spring in the Step of Penny Black

Penny Black & More, a Monthly challenge blog is celebrating the Joys of Spring this month. I like the colours of spring so have had a lot of fun with the card today.

The Daring Cardmakers this week are challenging us to use Tessellations and I think this paper fits the bill. The Paper feels almost Moroccan in style and they use Tessellations in a lot of their decoration. I think that is why I was drawn to it…

Spring – A Chance to Get the Crisp Colours Out…

I have had this daffodil stamp (the official flower of March) for a very long time and its perfect for two-tone stamping. Hint – if you are colouring a stamp with more than one colour – start with the light first! The Colorbox Qs are perfect for two-tone colouring as the pointy tip of the stamp pad means when you are colouring the stamp you can get right into the corners.

The Final Spring Card
