Ok Ok… I know I am a little late to the party for this one but I thought I would share some of the photos of this years Christmas Cake in the BMB household. I make the cake in the last weekend in October and I subscribe to the Mary Berry school of lots of brandy stirred in over a couple of days… But the recipe is based on Delia’s which has been adapted over the years
This year the decoration included double marzipan in places to form a hill… (or dome of an igloo as originally intended)
Then an icicle topping with Penguins, all of which still have their heads!
