In my Big Picture Class musing from this week, I mentioned that I still use some of the principles from Cathy Z’s design your life class from 2008 in my scrapping today. One of the things I now down is “brand” my albums, both on the spine and with a set of introduction pages which I have kept uniform for the last 6 years.
I haven’t as yet given this album a name – so decided this week that I needed to think of one as I want this album to blend with my others… As we spent time in Washington DC and New York I decided on a theme of…The fonts are LDAbeLincoln to celebrate Washington and Font Diner New Yorker to celebrate New York.
I will use it in a couple of places in the project but I have already completed the spine which makes me feel like I have made a step forward from turning this from a book of layouts to a project.
