{Powertex} – Christmas Canvas Pt 7

I decided that one of things I wanted to add to my first Powertex Canvas was some Powertex-harden fabric. As I have focused on Christmas Trees I decided on stars.

Canvas_01_07_01These were quite easy to add, just a twist of circular material twisted with a pair of tweezers to give them a star shape.

Canvas_01_07_04I then had to hold the stars in place with the tweezers, which are fast becoming the best tool I use with Powertex, they make detailed work so much easier. I find I use them more and more to work on detailed placing and folding of material.

Canvas_01_07_03Powertex does dry very quickly so you don’t have to keep holding the pieces in place for very long.

I haven’t added any pigment as I want to add the next elements before I add any more gold or white to the canvas… You will see what they are in a day or two.
